No, we do not accept insurance. By eliminating insurance restrictions, we’re able to focus on wellness, prevention, and spending more time with each patient. You may submit out-of-network claims to your insurance provider or use HSA/FSA funds to cover costs.

The package includes your initial appointment (60–90 minutes), comprehensive lab testing (labs not included in the package price), and unlimited follow-ups during the first 3 months.

After the initial 3-month period, patients pay $400 every 3 months for continued care, including follow-ups, treatment adjustments, and ongoing support. There is no long-term commitment, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

No, lab costs are not included. We offer a self-pay option at a discounted rate of $300 to help avoid surprise bills. You may also choose to use insurance for lab testing, but coverage should be verified with your provider.
